Brussels had a lot more character than I was expecting from its EU-tainted reputation as a bureaucratic concrete jungle. The Grot Markt (Main Square) was an architectural delight, so was the Cathedral .

I was however somewhat baffled as to why the most famous and popular tourist attraction should happen to be an 18 inch tall urinating bronze statue. The magic was definitely contagious as I too got carried away on the tidal wave of Mannequin-Pis, not only did I visit the Pis costume exhibition, but also shell out for a pack of Pis playing cards for my sister-in-law in Taipei. Enough said!
